Dawa Sherpa, Assistant Professor at the Central Department of Education in Education Planning and Management, Tribhuvan University. Currently, Deputy Controller of Examination, Balkhu, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has completed his PhD from the Graduate School of Education, Tribhuvan University in Education Leadership. He has specialised in educational studies and educational leadership. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching Education Planning and Management in Master's and Bachelor's programs. He has supervised more than 100 Master's students in various issues related to education planning and management. He has conducted research and published books, as well as peer-reviewed articles, in prestigious journals both in Nepal and internationally. He is well acquainted with both quantitative and qualitative research methods. He has been continuously updating his expertise through various training, workshops, seminars, research activities, and the publishing of research articles.
